PRESS
How We Love/F*ck got some exciting press from our run at Cherry Lane Theatre Sept-Oct 2019.
How We Love/F*ck explores sexuality with a simple honesty that draws you in, exploring a topic normally too taboo for discussion. That’s why we need it.
How We Love/F*ck is the story of how Lillian and her subjects discovered themselves. The play is about taking control of our bodies and desires. I left the theatre feeling really good about being a woman. - Front Row Center (Link) Through this exploration, I discovered that many women, including myself, find an initial sense of shame around their sexuality and the discovery of pleasure — a sense that sexuality is a condemnable secret in the eyes of religion, culture, or family. Yet, with time, many of those women come to understand that embracing their sexuality and accessing their pleasure can be a great source of personal power.
